Thanks for coming to my website. I write short stories and am working on my memoir about gaining strength and resilience in moving to Israel and joining the Israeli army after a childhood of well-publicized, ideologically-driven custody battles. 

 

I also write legally-focused articles and take part in podcasts on the current state of practicing law. I focus on my practice as an in-house lawyer and advising technology businesses from the vantage of the Chief Legal Officer's office.

 

I am a frequent speaker on legal topics. I have  guest lectured on tech mergers & acquisitions at both Harvard and Stanford Law School, as well as lecturing at UC Law San Francisco on how to be a successful in-house lawyer.
