Shanti writes fiction and non-fiction. She is working on her memoir THE LAW OF RETURN - about the challenges she faced in the Israeli army after growing up in a family torn apart by diverging ideology and custody battles.

Shanti is also a public company Chief Legal Officer. As a leader in high growth companies, Shanti has contributed to their growth by scaling the legal department and creating process improvements to balance growth and risk.

Shanti loves sharing her knowledge and writes the LinkedIn Newsletter In-House Lawyering and Beyond, advice to those aspiring or already in house legally minded souls. She has also written a number of legally-focused articles and takes part in podcasts on the current state of practicing law, focusing on her practice as an in-house lawyer and advising technology businesses from the vantage of the Chief Legal Officer's office.

She is a frequent speaker on legal topics and has guest lectured in a number of law schools across the world.
